Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog. On the sidebar, you will find several topics:

Each of these topics have been carefully researched and outlined for individuals recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. My main goal is to provide easily accessible and streamlined information so you can control your Type 2 with simple changes in your lifestyle.

This is also meant for individuals who have regular access to a primary care provider to help you understand and manage your diagnosis as well. I hope my blog reduces some of the confusion surrounding all of the information (and opinions) flying around the internet.

More than anything though, I hope this site helps to inspire you to envision a new way of life- one centered on investing in your health and wellbeing.
